It is a duplicate of the bill that went out on January 31. If you have paid this bill already, please disregard the duplicate statement. Sales and use of aerial fireworks, including bottle rockets, and the larger tube launched fireworks are prohibited by state law and by City Ordinance except by permit for supervised public display. For more info see A.R.S. 36-1601, and 36-1606 and City Ordinance 12.20.
