Interstate 40 westbound at mp 252 ( Winslow), eastbound closed at Ash Fork and Highway 87 southbound (from Winslow) are now closed due to winter weather driving conditions including several accidents.
There is no estimate on when these roads will reopen. Updates will be posted as they are received. Drivers can also check for updates, maps and view closures on www.az511.gov.

WUSD Federal Programs invites the public to an Author Visit with Diné (Navajo) author and filmmaker Brian Young!
Brian Young is a graduate of both Yale University, with a Bachelor’s in Film Studies, and Columbia University, with a Master’s in Creative Writing Fiction. An enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, he grew up on the Navajo Reservation but now currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
